Background

Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Foglio was Director of Finance & Strategy at Centric Telecom, a London-based broadband communications company. Prior to this, he spent four years with the European Principal Transactions Group of CSFB investing in U.K./European asset-backed private equity transactions. Mr. Foglio began his career in the New York Structured Finance Group of Arthur Andersen advising on securitization and leveraged buyout transactions.
