Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Cassidy headed the structured finance division in the property investment firm aAIM, where he was responsible for the financial structuring of commercial property deals in the UK and Western Europe. Previously, he was an Equity Analyst at Nomura International plc specializing in the technology sector.
